Standard Shipping & On-Line Purchase Policies
We accept VISA and Mastercard only. If you are not comfortable using your credit card for an on-line purchase we will gladly accept phone orders. You may reach us during normal business hours at 919/975-0404. Please have your credit card ready when calling to place your order.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. All orders over $24.95 will be assessed a $1.80 handling fee.
Insurance is not included on orders. If you would like us to insure your shipment, please make a note in the Special Shipping Instructions box.
Our goal is to provide you with a positive on-line shopping experience - from purchase to delivery. Orders are inspected for accuracy before shipping however, mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order upon receipt. You must notify us if there is an error or problem with your order within 15 days of the purchase. All sales are final 15 days from the purchase date. Cutting and/or packaging errors will be gladly corrected but due to copyright laws books and patterns are non-returnable/non-refundable.
If you live close enough to the shop and would like to pick up your order to avoid shipping costs, please make a note in the Special Shipping Instructions box. Your order will be processed, billed and held for 15 days at which time your order will be placed back into inventory. Orders that are not picked up after 15 days will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price upon being returned to inventory.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Domestic orders will be shipped via the USPS.
Shipping charges on your order are an estimate based on the total cost of your order. If you would like your order shipped by any other method please make a note in the Special Shipping Instructions box. Regardless of the shipping method used (our choice or something different per your instructions) you will be billed ONLY the actual shipping charges when your order is shipped.

International Shipping Policy
International orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority mail to all countries that are on the Global Priority System. Shipping to countries outside the USPS Global Priority System can vary widely, if you live in a country outside the USPS Global Priority System you will be contacted via email before your order is shipped with your exact shipping amount. The table below is an estimate of the International Global Priority Shipping rates.
